The Research and Teaching Council supervises the academic and scientific activities of IRSEA staff.
The Research and Teaching Council oversees the academic and scientific activities of IHRSEA staff: publications, congresses, evaluation of scientific applications, university training, theses, relationship with university partners and the Residanate of the European College.
The REC is responsible for maintaining the link between the scientific and logistical aspects of projects. It must be able to provide arguments to justify the possible strategic relevance of a research project to the Institute. If it corresponds to the strategy established, then it becomes a Board of Directors.
The Council meets on a weekly basis and is organised through an operating charter which sets out in particular the evolution of the Council and its tasks.
