Having lived until 2006 in the midst of an exceptionally rich, varied and endemic flora and fauna in New Caledonia, Héloïse wanted to pursue graduate studies in this field at the Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Purpan (Toulouse, France).
This training not only allowed him to acquire a thorough knowledge of the agricultural, rural and agro-industrial worlds, but also to acquire a contextual analysis of the agricultural world while mobilizing engineering tools.
It was during an intervention, carried out as part of the training, by Patrick PAGEAT that the research projects studied at IRESH fascinated him. She had the opportunity to participate in a research program during a first internship as well as during her final internship.
After graduating, she joined the team in February 2012 in the Agronomy and Aquaculture department.
She has worked on various research programs related to production animals.
For 3 years she worked closely with the researchers and thus participated in the drafting of protocols, the setting up of the farms, the organization and the smooth running of the tests and the drafting of activity reports.
Since 2015, she has been in charge of technical testing and her work is to link research conducted at IRSEA with the Institute's partners. It participates in the launch and accompaniment of tests of validated products on poultry farms, pigs, cuniculars etc.
